|Recommended: YesThere's no place like home — Enclave became our home in November of 24. We moved here from CT and couldn't be happier with our decision to rent, after selling our home. I did my research of numerous rental complexes and the Enclave was last on my list of 7 places to look at, when visiting. Not because of their reviews, which were excellent, but because they have a walk in policy, no appointment needed. The no appointment was the one thing I didn't like, when coming so far, and ended up the 2nd to the best thing I liked The best thing was, and still is, when pulling in here, I felt at home. There was no grandeur it was well layed out, clean, had curb appeal, and when meeting the office staff, their friendliness exceeded what one when expect, especially after spending 3 days looking at other places, and having already explored places and spoken to staff at other locations. The no appointment didn't lock us in to a time schedule, as the previous 6 places had. We knew immediately this is where we wanted to be. About 6 weeks later, we pulled in, went in to the office and got our keys etc. We were home Immediately we were impressed with our unit and how clean it was, and how comfortable the living space was. Maintenance was quick to help us with needs we had, the office staff had been helpful from the moment we met them, helping us with a smooth transition from CT and in to Enclave, and every day we have a question. We've been here almost 7 months and we feel more and more, each day, that we made the right choice All the staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. We were told parking may be tight where our unit is located I call it the best location on the property , but we've never had a problem. Enclave staff make us feel comfortable under any situation. They also entertain us with raffles for different occasions, gifts for different occasions, food trucks, seasonal parties festivities, etc. They enjoy bringing a smile to those of us who live here The unit itself, is the best I've often said, this is our first rental since giving up home owning. If we choose to move at some point, this place would be hard to match - even close Our unit is in a building with multiple units, as all the bldgs here are. The noise level is minimal. Our privacy is well maintained. We are very comfortable in our living quarters, as well as walking all about We couldn't have chosen a better place to live after selling our home, and making the transition from CT to FL.

From your visits to the office with that precious grandbaby, to you laughing at all of us seeing snow for pretty much the first time ever, you have been a wonderful addition to our little community.
